People choose a lawyer in a hard week. Be the one that feels clear

Someone who needs a lawyer is stressed, searching on a phone, and comparing three firms that all say "experienced". We build law firm websites with a page for each practice area, attorney profiles people trust, and a calm, confidential way to reach you.

01 / The problem

Why most law firm websites lose the call

Picture someone who was just served divorce papers. It is late, they are searching on a phone, and they open three firm websites. One reads like a brochure from 2012. One lists twenty practice areas on a single page. One makes them hunt for a phone number and then asks for their whole story in a form.

They cannot judge your legal skill yet. They are deciding which firm seems to understand their problem and will actually call them back. Firms lose more clients to a confusing first visit than to anything about their practice.

We build websites that answer what that person needs to know first: do you handle my kind of case, and how do I talk to someone?

  1. 01

    Every firm sounds the same.

"Aggressive. Experienced. Results-driven." When every site says it, none of it helps a visitor choose you.

  2. 02

All practice areas share one page.

Google cannot tell what you actually handle, so for each search it shows a firm with a dedicated page instead.

  3. 03

The attorneys are hard to get to know.

A stock photo of a gavel and a two-line bio. People hire a person, and they want to see who that person is.

  4. 04

    Reaching out feels like work.

A number you cannot tap, a long intake form, and no word on what happens next. Worried people do not wait around.

02 / What it needs

What a law firm website has to do

Your website has one job: turn a worried stranger into a consultation. So we build around four things.

  • [x]

A page for each practice area

Personal injury, divorce, estate planning, each with its own page that explains the process in plain words. That is how you show up for the exact thing someone searches.

    01
  • [x]

    Attorney profiles people trust

Real photos, bar admissions, education and the kinds of cases each attorney takes, so visitors feel they know who they would be talking to.

    02
  • [x]

A clear, confidential way to reach you

One tap to call, a short consultation form with the right disclaimer, and a plain note on when they will hear back.

    03
  • [x]

    Written within the advertising rules

No promised outcomes, no titles you are not allowed to use, and the disclaimers your state bar expects. You approve every word.

    04
03 / Every build

What you get with every law firm site

Everything a firm website needs to get found and earn consultations, with nothing sold separately afterward.

  • [x]
A design made for your firm

Calm, credible and clearly yours, not the template a hundred other firms are using.

  • [x]
    Practice area pages

One for each kind of case you take, written so Google shows it for that search in the places you practice.

  • [x]
    Attorney profiles

A page for each attorney with photos, credentials and the cases they handle.

  • [x]
A consultation form that reaches you fast

Short, with the "no attorney-client relationship" disclaimer, sent straight to your inbox or the intake tool you already use.

  • [x]
    Fast on a phone

Most people looking for a lawyer search on a phone. Every page is built and tested there first.

  • [x]
Your Google listing and call tracking

Your Google Business Profile set up properly, and tracking connected so you can see which pages bring in calls and forms.

04 / How it works

Live within five weeks, with almost none of the work on you

You fill out one short form and look over two drafts. We handle everything behind the scenes.

  1. Answer a few quick questions about your business, what you offer and the towns you serve. It takes about five minutes, and it is the only homework you get. Then you get your own dashboard: one link that shows what is done, what is next, and the week your site goes live.

    Behind the scenes, we
    • [x]Set up your domain and hosting
    • [x]Research what your customers type into Google
    • [x]Check who holds the top three spots on Google Maps
    • [x]Plan every page of the site
  2. You get a real, working draft of your site to click through on your phone. Tell us what to change in plain words, by text, email or a quick call. No design talk needed, and nothing is due until you have seen it.

    Behind the scenes, we
    • [x]Design every page from scratch
    • [x]Write the words, built around your services and towns
    • [x]Tune it to load fast on a phone
    • [x]Send your contact form straight to your inbox
  3. We make every change from round one and send the site back. Take one more look, ask for any last tweaks, and tell us it is ready. That is your second and final round of changes.

    Behind the scenes, we
    • [x]Set up or fix your Google Business Profile
    • [x]Add the code that tells Google who and where you are
    • [x]Set up tracking, so you can see the calls come in
    • [x]Test on phones, tablets and slow connections
  4. Your site goes live. We check every page and form one more time, then show you how to change your prices, photos and hours yourself, so you are never stuck waiting on a web person.

    Behind the scenes, we
    • [x]Connect your domain, with the padlock (https)
    • [x]Redirect your old pages, so you keep your place on Google
    • [x]Submit your site to Google
    • [x]Switch on backups

06 / Pricing

What a law firm website costs

The price mostly depends on how many practice areas and attorneys the site covers. Your proposal has one specific number, and nothing is due until you see the first draft.

Your exact price depends on two things: how many pages you need, and what the site has to do (online booking and online ordering take more work than a contact form). Request a proposal and you get one specific number for your project, and nothing is due until the first draft is in front of you.

07 / Questions

Questions firms ask

How much does a law firm website cost?

Plans start at $249 a month. The exact price depends mostly on how many practice area and attorney pages the site needs. Your proposal has one specific number, and nothing is due until you see the first draft.

Will the site follow attorney advertising rules?

We write to the rules: no promised results, no "specialist" or "expert" titles unless you hold the certification, past results only with the disclaimers your bar requires, and a clear note that contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. You approve every page before it goes live, because the final responsibility is yours.

Who writes the practice area pages?

We write the first drafts in plain language, built around what people actually search for, and you or your attorneys review them for accuracy. Most firms find editing a draft far faster than starting from a blank page.

Can the contact form go to our intake software?

If your intake or practice management tool accepts web form submissions, we connect it during the build. Otherwise every request goes straight to the inbox you choose.

Will my site show up on Google?

It is built to. A dedicated page for each practice area and the towns you serve is what lets a firm show up beyond its own name, and we set up your Google Business Profile for Google Maps. Legal searches are competitive and take months, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.

Can you also design our logo and print materials?

Yes. We design logos, business cards, letterhead and brochures to match your website. See graphic design →

Do you only work with Hawaii firms?

No. We are based in Kailua-Kona and work with firms across Hawaii, the mainland and beyond.
