Consumer, for the purpose of CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident.

Sale, for the purpose of CCPA/CPRA, means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer's Personal Information by the Business to a third party for valuable consideration.
Sensitive Personal Information, for the purpose of CCPA/CPRA, means Personal Information that reveals a Consumer's social security, driver's license, or other government identifier; account log-in credentials; financial account information; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; union membership; contents of mail, email, and text messages; genetic data; biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a Consumer; or information concerning a Consumer's health, sex life, or sexual orientation.
Service refers to the Website.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Sharing, for the purpose of CCPA/CPRA, means sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a Consumer's Personal Information by the Business to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration.

In the past twelve (12) months, We have collected the following categories of Personal Information from Consumers, as defined under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, IP address, business name, and similar identifiers.
- Customer Records (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)): Information You submit through forms or correspondence, including business contact information.
- Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Browsing history on Our Service, search history, and information regarding Your interaction with Our Service, advertisements, or emails.

We do NOT collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly collect or process social security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic data, or information concerning sexual orientation or sex life.

We collect Personal Information from the following categories of sources:

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

This includes the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information collected, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting, and the categories of third parties with whom We share that information.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request that We delete any Personal Information We have collected from You, subject to certain exceptions (such as when retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to complete a transaction You requested).
Right to Correct: You have the right to request that We correct inaccurate Personal Information We maintain about You.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. While Primilink does not sell Personal Information for monetary value, certain analytics tools may constitute "sharing" under CCPA's broad definition. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Although We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information, You have the right to limit Our use of any Sensitive Personal Information that may be inadvertently collected.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against You for exercising any of Your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny You services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality of services because You exercised Your privacy rights.
Right to Use an Authorized Agent: You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on Your behalf. We will require verification of the agent's authority and Your identity before fulfilling the request.
How to Exercise Your CCPA/CPRA Rights

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If We require an extension, We will notify You. To verify Your identity, We may ask You to provide information that matches what We already have on file.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of Personal Information. When Your browser sends a GPC signal, We will treat it as a request to opt out of any data sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Confirmation of Opt-Out
When You exercise Your right to opt out, We will display a confirmation that Your request has been honored. The opt-out process will require no more steps than the path to grant consent, in compliance with the CCPA's symmetry requirement.
Your Privacy Rights in Other US States
If You are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or other states with comprehensive privacy laws, You may have rights similar to those described above for California residents. We voluntarily extend the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA section to all US residents to the extent applicable. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals websites to disable tracking. Currently, no industry standard has been adopted for how DNT signals should be honored, and We do not respond to DNT signals at this time. However, We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Where possible, We apply shorter retention periods and reduce identifiability by deleting, aggregating, or anonymizing data. The retention periods below are maximum periods ("up to") and We may delete or anonymize data sooner when no longer needed:
Contact Form and Proposal Request Data: Up to 24 months from last interaction. Used to respond to inquiries and provide services.
Customer Communication and Project Data: Up to 7 years after the end of the client relationship, for legal, tax, and contractual reasons.
Website Analytics Data (Google Analytics): 14 months (configured to the minimum allowed by GA4).
Server Logs: Up to 12 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
Cookies: Vary by cookie type. Persistent cookies typically expire after 12 to 24 months unless You delete them sooner.
We may retain Personal Data beyond these periods where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax authorities), to establish or defend legal claims, or where You have explicitly requested retention.
When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with Our backup retention schedule.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices in Hawaii, United States, and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
