Hawaii web design that grows local businesses

Custom websites, local SEO, and Google Business Profile services built for Hawaii businesses across all the islands. Pay only after launch.

Hawaii Business Websites

What's Included

Custom websites for tourism operators, real estate offices, construction firms, and local businesses across the islands.

Every Primilink website is built from scratch on WordPress with Elementor Pro, designed around how locals and visitors actually find and choose Hawaii businesses online. No templates, no offshore designers, no generic small business design.

I build for speed first. Sites load in under 2.5 seconds, score green on Core Web Vitals, and work on every device a customer might use, especially mobile, where most Hawaii business searches happen.

Every site launches with on-page SEO, schema markup, mobile-first design, and a conversion-focused structure baked in. You’re not paying extra for ranking potential later. You’re launching with it.

Local SEO and service area pages

A single “Service Areas” page doesn’t rank. To show up for searches like “tours in Kona,” “contractors on Oahu,” or “real estate in Hilo,” you need dedicated location pages built around how each market actually searches.

I build out a full local SEO architecture: pillar service pages, location pages for every market you serve, and the keyword research, schema, and internal linking that gets each one ranking.

Local SEO also includes the technical foundation most agencies skip: AI-readable content, structured data, fast loading, and llms.txt for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI search tools that increasingly drive traffic in 2026.

What's Included

Google Business Profile setup and review campaigns

What's Included

Most Hawaii businesses have a Google Business Profile, but few have one that’s actually optimized. Missing categories, no service descriptions, outdated photos, and inconsistent information are quietly costing you local search visibility every day.

I’ll set up your profile from scratch or audit and fix the one you have. Categories, services, hours, photos, posts, Q&A, NAP consistency across the web, all of it.

Then I set up a review campaign with an automated system that consistently brings in new reviews after every project or transaction. More reviews, better reviews, and a profile that keeps climbing in local search month after month.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a website cost with Primilink?

Hawaii business websites at Primilink cost between $2,500 and $7,000 depending on scope. That includes design, WordPress development, copywriting, SEO setup, and launch. You pay nothing upfront. You pay only after the site is built and you approve the finished product.

Most Primilink websites launch in 4 to 6 weeks. That covers onboarding, drafting, two revision rounds, and launch. Projects move faster when you’re responsive with feedback inside the revision dashboard. Every site is built by one person from start to finish, so there are no handoffs slowing things down.

Yes. Primilink serves businesses across the Big Island, Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Molokai, and Lanai. I’m based in Kailua-Kona and available for in-person meetings on the Big Island, with video calls and in-person visits to other islands as needed.

Yes, completely. You legally own the website and all its content. It’s hosted on my server for speed and reliability, and you’re free to transfer it to any host you want at no cost. I also register your domain in your name from day one, never in mine. Full ownership stays with you.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions. You leave comments directly on the draft through a shared dashboard, so feedback is specific and easy to act on. If after two rounds it still isn’t feeling right, we keep working. I don’t get paid until you approve the site, so I’m fully invested in getting it right for you.

What's the pay-after model?

Pay-after means you sign a contract and authorize payment, but no money leaves your account until the website is built and you’ve approved the finished product. If I don’t deliver what we agreed on, you don’t pay. Most agencies require 50% upfront. Primilink doesn’t.

Every site is built on WordPress with Elementor Pro. WordPress powers roughly 43% of the web, which means your site stays portable, easy to update, and supported by developers everywhere. Elementor lets me build and revise quickly, and it makes it easy for you to update your own content later without needing to call a developer.

Both work. If you already have a WordPress site, I can rebuild within your existing setup. If you’re on Wix, Squarespace, or something else, I’ll move you to WordPress as part of the build. The only exception I may make is if you’re an Ecommerce brand on Shopify or if you’re on Framer. Either way, you keep your domain, your content, and any SEO history you’ve already earned.

Yes, Primilink serves businesses all across the US. I’m based in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and most of my clients are on the mainland. Everything runs smoothly through a shared project dashboard, scheduled video calls, and async comments on the draft. Time zones haven’t been an issue on any of the 50+ sites I’ve built.

Primilink works with established Hawaii businesses across tourism, real estate, construction, hospitality, retail, and professional services. Most clients are tour operators, real estate offices, contractors, and local service businesses doing at least $200,000 a year in revenue. If your business is rooted in Hawaii and ready to grow online, I’d love to talk.
